I will no longer be posting here on livejournal (you can pretty much tell I stopped a long time ago). The only time I ever posted here was on my writing journal for my stories and fanfiction (even posting those is getting a bit tiresome.) But I'm not deleting this journal nor my writing journal (and if you message me on here or leave a comment, I'll still get notifications for it--so I'm still hanging around in a sense).

If anyone ever needs me you can find me on my tumblr and the hundred other social networking sites I'm on.

See you later ♥

Things I Want To Do
  • Get a tattoo on my thigh (on the top. At this point, I still want a tattoo, so maybe I can save up enough money to have it done sometime before/after May 2013?)
  • Throw caution to the wind and get a pixie haircut (Somewhere between September and February if feasible, mmm)
I find it easier to actually accomplish stuff if I put a timeframe on it, but we'll see . . .

I like the state I was born in, and I like the city I grew up in. I know a lot of the kids are around me were saying they couldn't wait to get out of here, there was no way they was staying here, and all the other same whining kids give when they want to get out of their hometown. It's really not bad here. There are a lot of places around here I can totally see myself living in for a long time. I guess the others just don't share my quirkiness.

At the same time I have this feeling of not wanting to stay here for the rest of my life.I have some friends around me who are going to school out of state or who are saying they want to live somewhere near the ocean, on the east/west coast, here and there. I don't know where I see myself living in the future. I look at the map and there isn't really a state that screams "You should totally live here some day!" and the very few ones that do I'm kind of like, "Mmm, I don't know." Because people may, for example, California or New York are the ~best places ever~ but that doesn't exactly mean I'm going to like it there or feel that yes, that is the place to be at,

Considering my plans education wise, this isn't necessary something I have to worry about right now. Not for a long while anyway. But it's still something I think about and kind of fret over. Meh.

Knowing me I'll probably go to Florida or California just so I can be near Disneyland/world and the ocean even though I can't swim.

In other news ~

[what is my life]

My weeks has been occupied by this show, Black Butler. What even is this anime I finished watching all the seasons and I'm just ajaskjdlfl. My friends and I are going to Naka Kon (anime convention) again this year, and one decided it'd be cool to group as a Black Butler group. I wanted to do it even though I've never watched or read the manga. But that's all changed and now I won't be lame. I'm going as Hannah Annafellows and I'm so excited because this is going to be my first legit cosplaying outfit and I won't be lame line last year ;A; I'm also cosplaying as Katniss from The Hunger Games, because, well, why not? And I want an excuse to carry around a bow and arrows and whack people with it. I'm still deciding if I want to do her regular hunting outfit or the outfit she wore in the actual Games >.> Honestly the only difference between the two is the color of the jacket and whether or not I make a bag with the district number 12 on it (like how it was portrayed in the movie.)

I've also been watching 1966's Batman and I love this cheesy, zany little show. It's so silly. And Burt Ward was hot
I'm indifferent when it comes to Batman. He doesn't really interest me, but I do love/am intrigued by Barbara Gordan/Batgirl, Nightwing, Jason Tod, and TIm Drake . . .

Other stuff doesn't have to do with TV: I got my housing assignment recently for the school I'll be attending in August. I got the single room I requested because I'm forever a loner. (I didn't think I'd get it so I've been preparing myself for who my roommate would be.)

Annnnd I'll be going Warped Tour next Monday, wooooo~

It's 2:33 AM and I haven't looked back over this, so if there's typos galore or weird sentences. that's why.

My weeks have been spent making dolls for people over at etsy, videogaming, and writing (or trying to anyway).
I hate that I got a brand new sketchbook and decorated the cover, but I haven't had a real urge to draw anything.

Anyway! These are just a few of the plush dolls I've made recently for people via etsy. 95% of them are All Time Low requests. I feel like I'm turning into an ATL merchandise store.

i wake up early to make these because if i wait later i"m too lazyCollapse )

Technically this isn't a real music genre yet, but it's something I randomly thought up one night, and today I discussed with a friend what would the actual definition be if Disneycore was a real music genre. This is what we came up with and thought best defined Disneycore.

Disneycore (or dXc) is a subgenre of pop-rock music used to describe singers and bands that has had any involvement with Disney Channel (be that past or present), and whose sound and/or image is slightly more alternative than the traditional perky, bubblegum pop Disney image.

Being involved in Disney films, TV shows, touring with a Disney-associated act, or being signed to Hollywood Records does not automatically make one Disneycore unless their sound has more alternative elements in it. For example, Selena Gomez and The Jonas Brothers are not considered Disneycore.

Examples of Disneycore include Honor Society, Allstar Weekend, Hollywood Ending, Kicking Daisies, Valora, and Christina Grimmie. Specific albums include Hilary Duff’sHilary Duff (2004) and Lindsay Lohan’s A Little More Personal (Raw) (2005).

“You’re not hardcore unless you listen to Disneycore, bitches.” – Mickey Mouse
